Internal Recruiter - with home working

I am currently supporting my client with their search for an Internal Recruiter. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and growing business. Below are some of the responsibilities you will have in this role:


· Building strong relationships with Hiring Managers to fully understand their recruitment requirements
· Managing the end-to-end candidate search and selection process
· Ensuring an optimum candidate experience at all stages of the process
· Managing the referrals and recommendation process
· Liaising with marketing to promote the employer brand
· Managing relationships with recruitment agencies
· Conducting interviews and assessment centres
· Making recommendations and implementing plans to improve the recruitment process
· Ensuring the ATS system is used effectively
· Taking full responsibility for the student recruitment programme

This is a busy and varied role and a great opportunity to join a business that is really going places - to be considered for this role it is essential that you have relevant experience of recruitment - ideally from an internal role although an agency background will be considered.


My client has offices across Lancashire and Manchester which means my client is happy to consider candidates that live anywhere in these areas. It is likely in the long term this role will be a mix of office working and home working.
