Are you currently working in a recruitment agency and not enjoying Business Development? Are you wanting to become a valued part of a HR Team and family run Business?
I am working with a growing retail company based in Glossop who are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join their HR team due to growth and demand.
More about the role:
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Manage all vacancies across the business
- Supporting employer branding activity by regularly using social media channels
- Building and managing an effective talent pool
- Reviewing and develop recruitment processes
- Support and advice Hiring Managers on strategy and providing the best experience for potential candidates
- Variety of ad-hoc project work
What you need:
- Previous experience in recruitment role (internal preferred but agency background welcomed)
- Previous experience in recruitment heavy HR role will also be considered
- Excellent communication skills and able to build relationships
- Excellent organisational skills and able to multitask
- Team player but can manage own workload
- Sound knowledge of recruitment process
