Location: Manchester

Salary: £25 - £30k (OTE up to £40k+ in first year)

I am working with a reputable property management company in Manchester who are looking for an internal recruiter to join their team due to growth and demand.

You will work closely with the Recruitment Manager, managing the end-to-end recruitment process including, writing job adverts, screening, arranging interviews whilst delivering high quality candidate care.

More about the role:

  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs
  • Management of all job adverts and job posting
  • Regular telephone conversations with potential candidates
  • Supporting employer branding activity by regularly using social media channels
  • Building and managing an effective talent pool
  • Negotiating fees and processing invoices
  • Supporting with the management of the content on the careers page

What you need:

  • A minimum of 12 months in a recruitment role (internal preferred)
  • A background in sales recruitment (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and able to multitask
  • Team player but can manage own workload
  • Good knowledge of how to recruit high quality candidates
