Job Description:

- Setting up digital signage media players, both Android and Linux-based.
- Configuring clients and players on the Content Management System.
- Keeping content up-to-date for clients.
- Providing expert guidance on hardware and content-related queries from clients.
- Collaborating on the development of new projects and assisting in business expansion efforts.
- Offering basic IT support for the Group, addressing system and hardware issues.
- Participating in occasional installations to gain a holistic understanding of the business and technical operations.
- Initially assisting with, and eventually leading, in-house and remote product demonstrations.
- Conducting client system training sessions via video conferencing or in person.
- Playing an active role in researching and developing existing and new products, offerings, and services.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Prior experience in the AV/IT industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-initiative and the ability to integrate seamlessly into a dynamic team.
- Eagerness and aptitude for acquiring new processes, systems, and skills.
- Demonstrated adaptability to shifting priorities and strong multitasking abilities.
- Occasional driving and travel may be necessary for client visits.
