HR / Training Assistant

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: City of PrestonSalary: £23000-£25000 per annum

A temporary need has arisen for a HR / OD Assistant to join a client of mine based in the Fulwood part of Preston. Below is an overview of the things you will be supporting with:

  • Collating info following the appraisal process, identifying issues and trends
  • Chasing Managers for completed documentation following employee appraisals
  • Updating and reporting from the HR system – I Trent
  • Co-ordination mandatory training across the business
  • Facilitating training events
  • Processing new starters
  • Supporting with onboarding and inductions
  • Collating annual survey responses

If you have previously worked within a HR or training department and are available to start work immediately or at short notice please send your CV for immediate consideration.

The ability to solve problems and work off your own initiative are both essentials for this role.

Please note this is predominantly an office based role, but my client are happy to look at reduced hours.
