HR Reward Analyst

An opportunity to join a leading professional services North West based business as a Reward Analyst

The Role will co-ordinate all aspects of Reward and Benefits and HR regulatory compliance and control alongside governance consulting

  • co-ordinate base pay, benefits, recognition, short term incentive plans, long term incentive plans.
  • support the Reward & HR Governance Lead on design and delivery reward and benefits requirements.
  • Ensure the timely execution and administration of reward programs.
  • reward practices comply with both internal and external regulatory requirements.
  • Support the annual benefit renewal process, including analysis of market trends, broking and identification providers, costs versus benefits analysis.
  • Supporting the admin, configuration and testing of the benefits platform.
  • Desirable to hold a relevant Reward or Financial qualification.
  • Sound technical knowledge relating to all aspects of reward and benefits management, including market data and job evaluation.
  • Sound knowledge of UK HR and Remuneration regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient knowledge of UK HMRC requirements in respect of reward and benefits taxation.
  • Financial and Budget Management experience desirable.
