The Role

  • On boarding new starters
  • Shortlisting and scheduling interviews
  • Issuing offers
  • Taking messages and re-directing calls, as required.
  • Presenting new starter inductions when required
  • Dealing with recruitment general queries
  • Provide HR cover in times of absence
  • Completing the weekly KPI's and reporting
  • Processing weekly contractual changes
  • Preparing induction packs when required
  • Requesting and responding to reference requests
  • Supporting with the arranging of Directors Inductions
  • Compiling Agendas for weekly/monthly meetings and collating actions, following up and documenting once complete.
  • Any other reasonable requests
  • Support and train colleagues where necessary

The Person

  • HR and/ or Recruitment experience
  • Administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Good organisational skills
