HR Manager - Reward

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager - Reward to join A professional services business within the manchester area, looking to support some key objectives on delivering growth.

Operating on a hybrid basis this role is reporting to a fantastic HR Leader wanting to propel the current HR offering with a reward and people data focus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain and evolve the Payroll function alongside HR duties
  • Drive HR and reward processes within the organisation
  • Providing comprehensive reward support for salary review, gender pay gap reporting and recommendations, bonus proposal, incentive and recognition schemes
  • Developing and maintaining role and compensation structures by conducting analysis and benchmarking of salary and other survey data.
  • Making pay recommendations.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of compensation and benefit plans.

About you

  • A data-driven insight-led approach with an ability to convert these into meaningful recommendations and actions
  • A passion for experience-led design to creating and implementing core HR processes.
  • Team management and continuous improvement experience preferred
