HR Manager - reduced hours over 3, 4 or 5 days

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager to join a growing SME business, on a permanent basis. The role is based in Manchester, with some remote working as well and my client are looking for a candidate who wants to work reduced hours over 3, 4 or 5 days.


This is a full generalist HR role where you will take responsibility for the following areas:

  • Supporting Managers on all areas of HR policy and process
  • Implementing and delivering a company-wide engagement strategy
  • Managing talent within the business
  • Guiding the business through periods of change
  • Taking responsibility for the company share scheme and other employee benefits


This is a great opportunity to really put your own stamp on the role, in a business that is fast-growing. The successful candidate for this role will ideally have some experience of working in a growing business, will be CIPD qualified to a minimum of level 5 and will demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for HR as well as tenacity.
