Job Title: HR Manager

I am working with a successful organisation in Manchester who are looking for a HR Manager to join their team. This is a stand-alone role reporting into the CEO and day to day will be operational HR covering the whole employee life cycle.

More about the role…

  • Advising Managers on all areas of HR policy and process
  • Working with managers and advising on all ER matters including absence, performance and sickness
  • Talent attraction and retention
  • All HR administration for the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and induction for new starters.
  • Reviewing and updating of HR policies and processes
  • Planning learning initiatives for employees
  • Leading on a variety of HR projects such as benefit, reward, engagement, retention, and internal communications
  • Working with the management team operationally and strategically to help improve function.

Ideally you will have CIPD 5 or equivalent to apply for the role.
