HR Manager - Manufacturing

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager to join a well-established manufacturing business. This is a true generalist role where you will work as part of the site leadership teams to deliver the HR strategy, across 3 sites.

You will take the lead on the following areas:

  • Employee relations - including absence and performance management, all disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Talent management - attraction and retention across the business
  • Providing guidance on all areas of HR policies and processes
  • Lead on a variety of exciting HR projects
  • Driving a high-performance culture across the business
  • Embedding engagement and well-being initiatives

The successful candidate will be experienced in HR, having previously worked within a manufacturing environment. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential for this role along with strong employment law knowledge.

There is a requirement for the successful time to spend the majority of their time at sites in Disley and Chesterfield, with 1 day a week in Lancaster.
