An opportunity to join a growing business putting people at the front of its people agenda in line with its commercial objectives. You will design, lead, and implement a large number of HR projects from policies to initiatives whilst maintaining business as usual.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and deliver a people strategy in support of business goals and objectives
  • Provide strategic input to support business-wide decision making
  • Responsible for supporting employees across the regional sites
  • Responsible for the full employee lifecycle
  • Coach and develop senior managers to ensure consistency across the organisation
  • Advise line managers on policies and procedures
  • Continuous improvement and embedding of all people policies and processes
  • Work collaboratively with the wider business to ensure attraction and retention of the best talent

As well have having relevant strategic HR experience the successful candidate for this role will be a true people person, able to demonstrate a successful career in HR with a proven track record in driving a people and culture agenda.
