Location: Head office based in Preston - Hybrid Working

An opportunity has come up for a HR Manager to join an extremely successful, continually growing business based in Preston. This role is on a full time, permanent basis and offers hybrid working.

What does the role involve?

  • Supporting and advising key stake holders, establishing relationships and being the key point of contact for employee experience.
  • Working as part of a wider HR team, leading a team of HR Advisors, ensuring they are continually learning an developing in their role.
  • Working alongside other members of the HR team to improve strategy on certain areas of the business including recruitment, the onboarding process and ways to improve attrition.
  • Working on projects, liasing with stake holders to improve strategy.
  • Reviewing policies and procedure,s ensuring they are up to date with current guidelines.
  • Managing organisational change, ensuring impact and risk are fully understood.
  • Working with various teams within the business to understand resource requirements.

Who would be the right fit?

This role would suit someone who has experience from a previous role as a HR Manager/ HR Business Partner where they have managed a HR team. This role offers flexibility to work from home.
