HR Manager - hybrid working

My client, a large service sector organisation is currently on the lookout for an HR Manager to join their team, on a permanent basis. In this role you will use your expert HR knowledge to advise Managers on a variety of complex HR issues.

Below are some of the key responsibilities:

  • Managing a small team of HR advisors
  • Providing expert and timely advice for complex, escalated and high-risk ER cases across the business
  • Regularly reviewing and updating HR policies and processes
  • Coaching Managers on changes to HR policies
  • Reviewing and amending HR documentation as necessary
  • Produce MI reports for Management
  • Supporting with a variety of change projects
  • Building effective stakeholder relationships
  • Working collaboratively to drive a high-performance culture

As well as have having relevant experience the successful candidate for this role will be a true people person, adaptable and able to demonstrate a high level of resilience.
