HR Manager - hybrid working

My client is currently on the lookout for a HR Manager to join their growing team.

In this role you will be work with the People Director and the management team to devise and implement a people plan, in line with the wider business strategy. Below is an overview of some of the key areas of responsibility:

  • Managing and developing the HR team
  • Coaching and supporting the senior leadership team and wider management population
  • Delivering strategic people initiatives
  • Workforce planning
  • Supporting with organisational design and effectiveness
  • Championing CSR and sustainability
  • Leading on a social strategy
  • Driving a high-performance culture

To succeed in this role passion and enthusiasm are a must, along with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

My client is happy to look at someone looking to make a move into their first management role or someone already operating at that level.

Please note this role is working for an organisation who currently operate a hybrid model with flexible working hours being considered.
