I am currently recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to support a portfolio of SME clients, across a variety of sectors, providing them with HR expertise across all areas of HR policy and practice.
In this role you will get to know your clients, their businesses, their challenges, their objectives and goals, and will provide a personalised service to deliver tailored solutions. Your workload will include managing ER cases, absence and performance issues, advising on TUPE and acquisition, supporting with the implementation of new HR initiatives.
You will be required to work collaboratively with the Management Teams, building effective relationships. It is essential that you have the ability to act impartially, and to identify risk for clients and communicate this to them effectively.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in HR Management / Consultancy / Employment Law, along with relevant HR qualifications.
The successful candidate for this role will be personable, confident, willing to challenge, able to build rapport quickly and have a positive and can-do attitude.
