HR Manager

I am currently recruiting for a HR Manager to join a market-leading business based in Manchester. Reporting directly into the CEO this is a varied role in which where you will provide HR support to the business. Some of the key areas that you will support the business with will include:

  • Building relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Coaching managers on all area of HR
  • Updating and rolling out new policies and processes
  • Organising training and development for employees
  • Supporting with the recruitment process
  • Preparing the payroll information
  • Liaising with the external Health and Safety consultant

The ideal candidate for this role will have worked in a generalist HR role, within an SME in the manufacturing sector - if you have worked in other blue collar environments this will also be considered.
