My client, a fast-growing, multi-site business are currently on the lookout for a HR Manager to join their Leadership team.

Some of the areas that you will take responsibility for will include:

  • Coaching and developing managers across the business
  • Employee engagement and wellbeing
  • Talent management, including individual development and succession planning
  • Learning and development
  • Managing a variety of HR related projects
  • HR policies and procedures, including ensuring all practices are in line with current legislation and best practice
  • Employee Relations matters, including supporting and guiding managers on all disciplinary and grievances
  • Benefits and rewards
  • Identifying areas for improvement and working with the Leadership Team to implement changes

The successful candidate for this role will be a true people person, able to demonstrate a genuine passion for HR. As well as having a proven track record in stakeholder management you will have a strong commercial focus.
