HR Manager - Full or Part Time

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager to join a well-established manufacturing business based in the Rochdale area. Working in this SME business you will lead the implementation and delivery of the people plan, which aligns to the wider business plan.

Some of the key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Aligning all areas of HR across the business, ensuring consistency and fairness throughout
  • Working with Managers to identify training needs across the business and sourcing effective solutions
  • Providing regular updates and reports to Management on necessary HR changes
  • Supporting and guiding Managers on all areas of talent attraction and retention
  • Coaching Senior Managers on all areas of HR policy and process
  • Leading on a variety of HR projects such as a review of all employee terms and conditions

The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced HR professional, operating at either Advisor or Manager level, having previously worked in an SME environment. Please note that my client is happy to consider the role on either a full time or part time basis.
