A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager to join an industry-leading business based in South Manchester. Reporting into the Managing Director this is a true generalist role where you will take responsibility for the following:

  • Leading on the delivery of the people strategy
  • Further developing the EVP for the company
  • Updating and implementing new HR policies and processes, ensuring they are legally compliant and fit for purpose
  • Being responsible for the ongoing development and management of the company performance management process
  • Leading on the employee reward strategy
  • Driving engagement and wellbeing
  • Overseeing the talent attraction and retention across the organisation
  • Line Managing a small HR and recruitment team
