An opportunity has come up for an experienced HR professional to join a reputable organisation located in Blackburn. This is a stand-alone HR role and a really great opportunity to make the HR function your own.

 What does the role involve?

  • Managing and developing the HR team
  • Coaching and supporting the senior leadership team and wider management population
  • Delivering strategic people initiatives
  • Workforce planning
  • Dealing with ER cases and working closely with managers to find resolutions
  • Supporting with organisational design and effectiveness
  • Championing CSR and sustainability
  • Leading on a social strategy
  • Driving a high-performance culture
  • Overall Management of the organisation from a HR perspective

Who would be the right fit?

  • Hold CIPD Level 5 or above and/or have a couple of years’ experience within a Senior HR Advisor or Management role
  • Be hard-working, ambitious, and committed
  • Have logical problem-solving skills, self-motivation, enthusiasm, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Be willing to learn and develop a greater understanding of HR
  • Be confident in abilities when it comes to advising and working closely with Managers
