HR Manager

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: BoltonSalary: £40000-£45000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Bolton. This is a varied HR role where you will take full responsibility for the following areas:

  • Advising Managers on all areas of HR policy and practice
  • Conducting regular reviews on the companies HR policies and practices
  • Driving the talent management strategy
  • Owning and developing the company induction process
  • Working as part of the leadership team on the review of salary and benefits
  • Managing the apprenticeship and graduate recruitment programme
  • Taking ownership for a variety of HR projects in line with business need
  • Line management of the HR team
  • Managing security checks for staff and maintaining the security of sensitive documents and data

This is a great role where you will gain fantastic exposure to all areas of HR, and will also have the opportunity to add value to a growing business. My client is happy to consider candidates either looking for that first step into a management role, or already in a management position and just looking for a new challenge. It is preferable that you will have gained experience within a manufacturing or blue collar environment.
