I am working with a great business located in Blackpool who are looking for a great HR Advisor to join their lean HR team.

  • First line advise & support with HR policy related enquires.
  • Provide direction and support to other colleagues.
  • Support managers with employee lifecycle.
  • Lead on aspects of investigations, disciplinary & grievances.
  • Note taking.
  • Support HR manger with employment tribunal preparation.
  • Manage new starters paperwork & right to work checks.

Must haves…

  • CIPD
  • 2 years HR experience
  • Knowledge of ACAS guidelines
  • Car & driving licence.
