A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Generalist to join a HR team in a fast paced, growing manufacturing business based in Preston. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking for a new role in HR:

  • Partnering with Manager on all areas of employee relations.
  • Assisting with the update of all HR policies.
  • Support with screening of applicants and work with managers to drive recruitment campaigns.
  • Organising training and development for employees
  • Support the HR Manager with HR related compliance activities such as training overview, GDPR or payroll related audits.
  • The ideal candidate for this role will have acquired valuable experience in HR from previous roles.

My client is looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent organisation skills. You must demonstrate a professional and positive approach to work with the ability to use your own initiative and work pro-actively. The salary is paying £26,000 - £32,000.
