My client, a fast-growing, multi-site business are currently on the lookout for a HR Director to join their Senior Management team. You will play an instrumental part in the creation and delivery of the people strategy.

Some of the areas that you will take responsibility for will include:

  • Coaching and developing managers across the business
  • Employee engagement and wellbeing
  • Talent management, including individual development and succession planning
  • Learning and development
  • Managing a variety of HR related projects
  • HR policies and procedures, including ensuring all practices are in line with current legislation and best practice
  • Employee Relations matters, including supporting and guiding managers on all disciplinary and grievances
  • Benefits and rewards
  • Identifying areas for improvement and working with the Senior Leadership Team to implement changes
  • Ongoing management and development of the People team

The successful candidate for this role will be a true people person, able to demonstrate a genuine passion for HR. As well as having a proven track record in stakeholder management you will have a strong commercial focus, project management experience and evidence of facilitating business growth.
