Job: HR Coordinator

Location: Stockport

Salary: £22k - £25k

An opportunity has arisen for a HR Coordinator to join a successful and reputable organisation located in Stockport.

The role will provide broad exposure across the Human Resources function, the ideal candidate must be able to work independently and as a part of multiple teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the HR inbox and supporting the delivery of Group HR objectives
• Supporting the wider HR teams successfully
• Manage day-to-day recruitment. Including posting adverts
• Dealing with various people management issues
• HR data management and reporting, and wider HR project work
• Preparing employee payslips and dealing with any arising queries
• Administer employee benefits in line with Contracts of Employment
• General Admin

There will be ample opportunity to grow and develop within this role, with regular involvement across HR projects and in supporting employee advice and guidance issues.

The ideal candidate…

• Hard-working, ambitious and committed
• Logical problem-solving skills, self-motivation, enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure.
• Willing learn and develop your understanding of HR
• Educated to A level standard or above, able to sufficiently demonstrate numeric and written skills required to ensure success.
• Previous experience in an administration role (ideally within HR) in a fast-paced organisation.
• Strong IT skills
