HR Consultant

I am currently recruiting for a HR Consultant to join a growing Consultancy business based in South Manchester. In this role you will deliver a quality service to a variety of clients across the North West. Some of the key things that you will be involved in are:

  • Organise and manage your own diary, attending face to face and remote meetings that will facilitate the development of effective working relationships with your clients
  • Identifying client requirements, and drafting of bespoke policies and procedures
  • Updating clients on changing employment legislation
  • Providing training to clients as necessary
  • Supporting clients with day to day ER issues
  • Coaching clients through change projects such as restructure, redundancy and TUPE
  • Networking with prospective clients


My client is ideally looking for someone who has experience working as a HR Consultant but is also willing to consider experienced HR professionals looking to make a move in to HR Consultancy.
