HR Co-ordinator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Co-ordinator to join a fast-paced business within the retail sector. This is a true generalist role where you will take responsibility for the following:

  • Recruitment and selection - supporting from offer through to placement
  • Managing the onboarding process for new starters
  • Supporting with the whole employee lifecycle
  • Coaching Managers in relation to all areas of HR policy and process
  • Assisting with the roll out of a learning and development strategy
  • Updating the HR system and producing reports
  • Building stakeholder relationships

This is a great opportunity to gain some fantastic experience within HR - if you are passionate about people, driven and wanting to further your career this could be the role for you.
