Job Title: HR Case Manager

Salary: £27k - £35k

Location: Cheshire

An opportunity has come up for an experienced HR professional to join a reputable and well-known organisation located in Cheshire. This role will involve working as part of a wider HR team dealing with various ER cases throughout the business.

 What does the role involve?

  • Working as part of a wider HR Case team Providing extensive knowledge of Employment law,
  • policies and practices
  • Providing HR support and guidance and acting as an internal consultant to support the wider team
  • Proactively managing formal and informal ER issues
  • Providing clear interpretation and advice on HR policies and procedures
  • Advising on a range of employee related matters such as annual leave entitlement, sick pay, bonus
  • schemes, performance management, maternity and many more ER matters.
  • Supporting with ad hoc projects
  • Working closely with Managers and stakeholders across the business

Who would be the right fit?

  • Hold CIPD Level 3 or above and/or have a couple of years’ experience within a HR advisory role
  • Be hard-working, ambitious, and committed
  • Have logical problem-solving skills, self-motivation, enthusiasm, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Be willing to learn and develop a greater understanding of HR
  • Be confident in abilities when it comes to advising and working closely with Managers
