HR Business Partner

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join a business with the people agenda and employee experience at the forefront. This is a great role for a driven and ambitious HR professional looking to make a difference within a housing association.

Reporting into the assistant director of OD and development you will take responsibility for the following:

  • Partnering with Business Leaders to fully understand their remit, and to effectively support with all people related matters
  • Leading on complex ER cases and developing strong working relationships
  • Promote best practice across the business, presenting HR matters in a clear way ensuring managers implement HR polices and practices
  • Project manage and implement HR change initiatives, focussing on value for money, across the business
  • Constantly strive to improve the standard of the HR service and take personal responsibility for identifying areas of improvement in designated business areas and ownership for addressing those required improvements

My client is looking for an experienced HR Generalist professional with a good understanding of all aspects of HR management. You will have strong stakeholder experience, well organised with excellent communication skills.
