HR Business Partner

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: PrestonSalary: £40000 - £45000 per annum + Plus Car Allowance

A great opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join a growing service sector business. This is a true generalist role where you will work as part of a wider HR team to focus on the following areas:

  • Delivering the HR people plan across your region
  • Leading all key people practices including onboarding, workforce planning, reward and recognition, succession planning and engagement
  • Reviewing and updating HR policies and processes
  • Challenging Managers to develop and demonstrate effective leadership and management behaviours
  • Delivering diversity and inclusion interventions across the organisation
  • Liaising with trade unions
  • Managing performance and absence issues
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation
  • Talent attraction and retention
  • Leading on a variety of change projects such as restructure and TUPE

The successful candidate for this role will have experience working at Business Partner level, be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a strong commercial awareness. A positive attitude and a genuine passion for HR are also essentials for this role.
