HR Business Partner

I am currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join an organisation within the education sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to add value to an organisation who are looking to further develop and embed their HR function. Whilst this role will form part of a wider HR team you will essentially be operating as a stand-alone HR lead for your sites.

Some of the key areas of experience will include:

  • Dealing with the trade unions on a regular basis - to be considered for this role trade union experience is essential, albeit does not have to come from an education environment
  • Coaching and guiding Managers on all areas of HR policy and process
  • Leading on a variety of ER cases
  • Continuing to implement new HR processes and policies across the business
  • Managing all performance and absence issues
  • Leading on HR projects as required

My client is looking for someone who is happy to work in the Darwen office 4 days per week (start time of 8.30am) with 1 day of home-working. There will be occasional travel to the Manchester area as required. If you have experience at the Manager or Business Partner level, and are confident in your ability to challenge and influence please send your CV for immediate consideration.

Please note this is a full time, permanent role, although my client would be happy to consider a candidate who is looking for term time plus 2 weeks, but the salary would be pro rata accordingly.
