HR Assistant

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a HR Assistant to join a market leading and quickly growing company based in Barnoldswick on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a busy and varied role where you will work within the HR team on the following areas of HR:

  • Updating systems and processes.
  • Involvement and influence in terms of possible changes to policies.
  • Update HR with changes to personal details.
  • Involvement in meetings lead by the HR Manager.
  • Deal with first line employee queries and advice.
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR department as directed by the HR Manager.
  • Log sickness/ absence of staff.


My client is looking for a driven individual with a positive and professional approach to work. You must demonstrate the ability to use your own initiative and work pro-actively.
