Job Title: HR and Training Advisor
Pay Bracket: £25,000 - £30,000

An opportunity has come up for a HR and Training Advisor to join a fast-growing business based in Bolton. The role is working on a Full Time, Permanent basis.
What does the role involve?
- Providing advice and support on all people related matters with involvement in disciplinary, investigations and grievance meetings, ensuring the processes are managed in line with policy.
- Working with a variety of teams to organise and deliver training.
- Develop and design training across different departments which is in line with the companies needs and values.
- Ensuring statutory and mandatory training requirements are met and recorded appropriately.
- Working cooperatively with the HR Manager, escalating queries as and when required.
- Maintaining and promoting relationships with the wider people, support colleagues and teams.
- Participating in performance management and sickness management meetings, providing HR advice.
- Supporting project work as and when required.
- Ensuring induction and onboarding is carried out correctly and in line with company policy.
Who would be the right fit?
This role would suit someone who has experience from a previous role in HR where they have had involvement in employee relations, learning and development and other generalist aspects of HR. This role would be suited to someone who has a professional approach to work and is self-sufficient. This role offers some flexibility to work from home.
