HR and Reward Advisor

I am currently recruiting for a HR and Reward Specialist to be responsible for managing Reward and HR Operations processes, activities and initiatives in the UK, to enhance and support the achievement of business goals whilst ensuring the delivery of an excellent customer experience.

More about the role:

  • Working as part of a wider HR team to provide an efficient HR service to Managers
  • Managing Labour costs and the annual staffing and producing monthly reporting/forecasts
  • Managing annual salary reviews and short/long term incentive plans
  • Managing all round pay reporting including gender pay, non-financial etc.
  • Overseeing role grading and related benefits
  • Key point of contact for HRIS and related projects

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR Management or similar
  • Strong knowledge of employment and legislation, reward and HR
  • Previous experience in Retail industry within international environment (desirable)
  • CIPD qualified - study support will be given if ongoing

Benefits/Salary

  • £34 - £36 + 10% bonus
