HR and Recruitment Officer

I am currently recruiting for a HR and Recruitment Officer to join an exciting, successful, growing business based in Manchester. The role is working on a Full Time, Permanent basis. The role requires a focus on recruitment with the ability to advise on basic HR queries, the role would entail the following:

  • Being involved in the whole lifecycle of recruitment, including liaising with managers, posting adverts and arranging interviews.
  • Shortlisting applications and liaising with agencies, and making decisions on the suitability of candidates for roles.
  • Providing HR advice as the first point of contact and having an input in decisions made.
  • Responding to high volume queries and case management, being responsible for personal time management and allocating time correctly.

My client is looking for a self-motivated individual who has the ability to use their own initiative having had some experience working in HR and Recruitment.
