HR and Recruitment Advisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR/Recruitment Advisor to join a forward-thinking service-sector business based in Preston. This is a unique opportunity to really add value to an already award-winning and hugely successful business.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Managers with HR advice and guidance
  • Implementing HR processes, ensuring consistency and fairness
  • Overseeing performance management
  • Leading on attraction and selection across the business
  • Ensuring on boarding is managed effectively
  • Managing relationships with external providers such as recruitment agencies / training providers
  • Ensuring internal succession plans are in place
  • Driving engagement and well-being initiatives

This is a stand-alone role working in a growing business, where you will have some flexibility to work from home as well as in the office, and my client is happy to consider 4 or 5 days for the right candidate.
