HR Analyst

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: MacclesfieldSalary: £35000 - £40000 per annum

I am currently recruiting for an experienced HR Analyst to join a growing business based in Macclesfield. This is a permanent role, where you will take responsibility for the following:

  • Liaising with key stakeholders across the business to establish what processes and procedures are necessary to deliver the correct information to enable running departments successfully and efficiently
  • Managing both people and business-led projects taking responsibility for supporting any activities through the provision and analysis of HR data
  • Continually improving the efficiency and effectiveness of internal administration processes
  • Reviewing existing processes and procedures to recommend process improvements
  • Assisting in the development of functional performance indicators
  • Producing HR MI reports
  • Being a subject matter expert for the HR/ Payroll system
  • Managing a variety of business systems

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience of working with HR data along with advanced excel skills.
