HR ADVISOR - Up to 30K - True Generalist Position

Duties

  • Supporting People Director on any matter, dealing with and escolating queries appropriately.
  • Providing advice and support on all people related matters
  • Coaching and guiding key stakeholders on policy and procedure
  • Ensuring monitoring of sickness and absence trends are recorded effectively, providing advice and guidance accordingly.
  • Managing whole Recruitment Process
  • Responding to queries and case management, being responsible for personal time management and allocating time correctly.
  • ER Training for Team Managers
  • Maintaining and promoting relationships with the wider people, support colleagues and teams.
  • Participating in performance management and sickness management meetings.
  • Supporting project work as and when required.
  • Ensuring induction and onboarding is carried out correctly and in line with company policy.
  • Help implement strategic people plans across business

Desirable qualities

  • Proven track record as a HR Generalist
  • One or Two years in a HR Officer/HR Advisor role ideally
  • Energetic and adapable person used to working in a fast paced environment
  • Have good knowledge and experience in employee relations.
  • Ideally CIPD level 5 qualified.
