HR Advisor - Stand Alone

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: BoltonSalary: £25000 - £28000 per annum

A great opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a growing SME business based in Bolton.

This is a busy and varied role where you will report into the Managing Director to take responsibility for the following areas:

  • Managing starters and leavers in the business
  • Supporting with the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Updating all HR records on the database
  • Preparing and calculating information for the outsourced payroll provider
  • Supporting Managers on all areas of HR advice
  • Reviewing and updating HR policies and processes
  • Ensuring all HR administration is completed efficiently

This is a busy role where you will be required to hit the ground running so previous HR experience is essential. The ability to work off your own initiative and excellent communications skills are both essentials for this role.
