HR Advisor - Part Time

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a manufacturing business based in Blackwood. Whilst stand alone at your site you will work as part of a company wide HR team. Below are some of the responsibilities:

• Providing timely HR advice to Managers across the business, including absence, performance management, disciplinary and grievance matters
• Coaching and developing Managers
• Reviewing and updating policies and processes
• Producing MI reports with analysis for Managers
• Providing advice and guidance on pay structures and remuneration
• Overseeing the on boarding process
• Leading on talent attraction and retention across the business

My client has some exciting plans for the next 12 months which means that this role will also give you a brilliant opportunity to support with a variety of projects.

Please note that there is lots of flexibility around total number of hours and how many days they can be worked over.

The successful candidate for this role will have previous relevant experience, ideally gained in a blue-collar environment, with a keen eye for detail and a desire to add value and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
