My client, based in Accrington are currently on the lookout for a HR Advisor to join them, initially on a 9 month FTC.

In this role you will support with the following:

  • Coaching Managers in relation to all areas of HR people and policy advice
  • Upskilling Managers across the business
  • Leading on performance and absence reviews
  • Supporting Managers with talent attraction
  • Updating the HR system and producing reports with analytics for Management
  • Supporting on a variety of HR projects

As well have having relevant experience the successful candidate for this role will be a true people person, able to demonstrate a track record in building effective relationships with stakeholders.
