Four HR

HR Advisor - hybrid working

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: ManchesterSalary: £30000 - £32000 per annum

I am currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a growing service sector business based in Manchester City Centre. This is a brand new role, and my client is happy to consider candidates keen to work either full or part time hours, with a couple of days per week being in the office.

This is a true generalist role where you will work as part of a team on the following areas:

  • Building relationships with Managers across the organisation
  • Managing ER cases and coaching Managers through necessary meetings
  • Leading on performance and absence management
  • Supporting with the well-being strategy across the organisation
  • Being the super-user for the HR system (Cascade)
  • Assisting with the preparation of payroll

In addition to these areas you will take a lead on diversity and inclusion, so if you have experience in this area this would be advantageous.

My client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running with the desire to progress as the organisation grows. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work off your own initiative are both essentials for this role.

Please send your CV for immediate consideration.
