HR Advisor - hybrid working

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: DidsburySalary: £30000 - £36000 per annum

I am currently supporting a growing business with the recruitment of a HR Advisor. Working as part of a wider team this is a true generalist role where you will gain some fantastic experience in supporting with the following:

  • Providing timely HR advice to Managers across the business, including absence, performance management, disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Coaching and developing Managers
  • Reviewing and updating policies and processes
  • Producing MI reports with analysis for Managers
  • Providing advice and guidance on pay structures and remuneration
  • Overseeing the on boarding process
  • Driving a high-performance culture
  • Supporting with change projects such as TUPE and restructure
