HR Advisor

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: City of ManchesterSalary: £25000 - £30000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a stand-alone HR Advisor to join a growing SME business based in Chadderton. This is a new role where you will be working as part of the Management team to do the following:

  • Implementing and delivering the HR strategy across the business
  • Working with Managers to support them through periods of change
  • Talent and succession planning
  • Preparing payroll information and updating all HR records
  • Updating and rolling out new HR policies and process
  • Coaching Managers on ER issues

The ideal candidate for this role will bring with them ideas and initiatives that will add value to the business. The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced HR professional having worked within an SME business previously.

My client is happy for the successful candidate to work on either a full or part time basis.
