HR Advisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a service sector business based in in the Horwich part of Bolton. My client will offer a flexible working arrangement with some home-working. This is a brand new role for the business where you will report into (and learn lots from) a fantastic HR Business Partner. Below are some of the responsibilities:

  • Providing timely HR advice to Managers across the business, including absence, performance management, disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Coaching and developing Managers
  • Reviewing and updating policies and processes
  • Producing MI reports with analysis for Managers
  • Providing advice and guidance on pay structures and remuneration
  • Overseeing the on boarding process
  • Leading on talent attraction and retention across the business
  • Working with learning and development on induction effectiveness and job profiles


My client has some exciting plans for the next 12 months which means that this role will also give you a brilliant opportunity to support the HR Business Partner with a variety of projects.


The successful candidate for this role will have some previous relevant experience, with a keen eye for detail and a desire to add value and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
