HR Advisor

I am currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join a successful business. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to add value to a forward-thinking business.

Below is an overview of some of the responsibilities:

  • Working with the Senior Leadership Team to develop people plans in line with commercial objectives
  • Coaching Line Managers on all areas of ER advice
  • Updating and rolling out HR policies and processes
  • Ensuring timely completion of all employee lifecycle activity
  • Supporting with recruitment across the business
  • Driving the annual performance review process
  • Co-ordinating all training activity
  • Leading on a variety of projects
  • Producing HR reports with analysis

The successful candidate for this role will have previous generalist HR experience, be able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and be able to work off their own initiative.

Please note my client is happy for the successful candidate to work 2 days in the office and the remainder from home.
