HR Advisor

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: BoltonSalary: £31000 - £34500 per annum

I am currently supporting a client of mine, based in Bolton, with their search for a HR Advisor. Working as part of a wider HR team this is a true generalist position where you will support with the following:

  • Building relationships with stakeholders across the business, advising on HR policy and process
  • Identifying areas of improvement for HR policy and process, making changes and coaching Managers
  • Leading on absence and performance management
  • Advising Managers on talent attraction and retention
  • Updating and reporting from the HR system
  • Supporting the HR Manager with a variety of HR projects

In this role you will gain a huge amount of experience and be part of an experienced team that you can learn from.
