HR Advisor

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: TraffordSalary: £30000 - £35000 per annum

An opportunity has come up for a HR Advisor to join a successful business based in Trafford. The role is on a full time, permanent basis. The role will entail some of the following:

  • Being responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle.
  • Providing advice and support on all employee relations including advising in disciplinary, investigation and grievance meetings, ensuring the processes are managed in line with policy.
  • Dealing with employee relations queries day to day, being responsible for personal time management and allocating time correctly.
  • Managing the absence processes with the line managers with the view to improve attendance.
  • Overseeing the HR processes, policies and procedures, ensuring they are legally compliant.
  • Training managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Participating in performance management and sickness management meetings, providing HR advice.

My client is looking for an individual who has the ability to use their own initiative having had experience working in a fast paced HR role. The salary would be £30,000-£35,000 dependant on experience. You must demonstrate a professional and positive approach to work with the ability to work pro-actively.
