I am working with a great business located in Eccles who are looking for a HR Administrator to join their Office Team - this role would suit an ambitious and motivated HR Professional who is looking to develop and grow alongside the company which has got significant growth plans.

More about the role…

  • Providing advice and support on all people related matters.
  • Process sickness/holidays/other absence.
  • Working cooperatively with the external HR team, escalating queries as and when required.
  • Maintaining and promoting relationships with the wider people, support colleagues and teams.
  • Monitoring HR inbox, answering stakeholder queries and escalating to HR.
  • Ensuring induction and onboarding is carried out correctly and in line with company policy.
  • Regularly checking and updating DBS, drivers licence, Medical Records and Insurance records for relevant employees.
  • All areas of HR administration.
  • Ad hoc Office Administration as and when required
  • Mobile Device Management - ensure all relevant staff have working mobile devices.
  • Central point of contact for software licences
  • Manage internal communications
